Shipping & Delivery
We know you’re eager to get your new gear, so we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Ground Shipping (4-7 Business Days): Our most economical shipping option.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): A faster option for when you need your items sooner.
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): Our fastest available shipping method.
Please note that the business days mentioned above begin once the package has been shipped from our facility and do not include the initial 1-2 day order processing period. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, though we find them to be generally accurate.
Shipping Rates
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, your selected shipping method, and your delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We also proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses; please allow for additional transit times for these military deliveries.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the contiguous United States.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, please be aware that order processing may occasionally extend beyond our standard 1-2 business days. We will post any specific holiday shipping deadlines and notices on our website.
Delivery Issues
We want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a significantly delayed package or a parcel that appears damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number for the most immediate assistance.
