Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange for most items within 30 days of delivery.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for a refund or credit within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or order information.
Please note the following exceptions to our policy:
- Final Sale Items: All items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, clearance items and special orders.
- Holiday & Seasonal Merchandise: All holiday and seasonal merchandise is considered final sale.
- Worn or Altered Items: For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please visit our online returns portal at thewranglerpost.com. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process. The portal will guide you through the steps and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete the refund. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the original return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
For US returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part, a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the prepaid return label and processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting and packing your orders. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a return and replacement of the item, or a full refund, at no cost to you.
International Returns
We are unable to process international returns or exchanges at this time. All international sales are final.
